Our mission: compliance as a competitive advantage
Compliance has been broken for decades. It’s treated as a cost centre, a system of control driven by fear of audits and fines. We’ve seen it: the frantic, last-minute scrambles for evidence, the endless spreadsheets, and the brightest minds in a company bogged down by repetitive admin.
We founded Vissibl in 2024 because we experienced this frustration first-hand. We saw how the sheer weight of traditional compliance drains momentum, talent, and time from businesses that should be focused on growth and innovation.
We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built a new category of solution: the world's first Agentic Compliance Operating System. Vissibl isn’t just a smarter tool; it's a fundamental shift in how compliance gets done. It’s a team of specialised AI agents that work for you, automating the burden and embedding compliance invisibly into the tools your team already uses.
Our system is designed to solve two core challenges:
→ Eliminate the friction: We radically reduce the time, cost, and complexity of achieving and maintaining ISO certification.
→ Create compounding value: We turn compliance from a static checklist into a dynamic, strategic asset. By learning from your operations, Vissibl uncovers insights, builds deeper customer trust, and gives you a provable advantage in audits and tenders.
We believe your expert team members should be driving value, not managing paperwork. With Vissibl, compliance becomes what it was always meant to be: continuous, intelligent, and a powerful engine for your business.

Founding team
Vissibl was born from a classic pairing: a frustrated operator and a visionary architect who knew there had to be a better way.
Sean Hurley, CEO, saw the problem first-hand. While leading ground infrastructure for cutting-edge projects at Google’s drone delivery company, Wing, he was responsible for everything from acquiring operational 'Nests' to securing the permits and certifications needed to fly. He was at the forefront of innovation, yet was constantly slowed down by the painful, archaic process of ISO compliance. He worked with brilliant engineers and operators - people literally building the future, but wasting countless hours on paperwork and manual evidence collection. He knew compliance wasn't just a burden; it was a barrier to progress.
Hitesh Nalamwar, CTO, is a builder. With over 200 products to his name, he was searching for a challenge worthy of his expertise - a real-world problem that couldn't be solved with a simple app. He wanted to build something foundational, something that would fundamentally change how an entire industry operates.
The two met at a venture capital residency, and the connection was instant. Sean described the universal pain of compliance, and Hitesh saw the architectural flaw in the entire system. It wasn't a problem that needed a better tool; it needed a completely new operating model.
That's when Vissibl was conceived. A partnership built to give time and talent back to businesses, founded by a team that understands both the strategic pain of compliance and the technical vision required to solve it for good.
